The Crane Boom Camera Monitoring System integrates a CCTV camera for
monitoring the deck and one of the SMC IMU Motion Sensors for
heave measurements.
The Crane Boom Camera System displays
information about the crane boom movement in
its vertical axis. Together with the CCTV
display the crane operator gets a easy to
read interface for the crane motions.
The displayed information reduces the risks
involved during crane operations in the
offshore environment.
Additional instruments can be added to the interface
after user requirements.
